Kadon Park Performance Horses, Benalla Vic Earlier this week I had my Western Pleasure show horse transported by Hanns Transport. I have not used a horse transport in over 5 years due to some horrendous previous experiences with other transporters. My horse competes interstate and spends some time each year with my trainer. For the last 5 years I have floated him around myself out of sheer panic at the thought of using a transporter. This week, due to time constraints I tentatively booked my first transporter in years. Hanns were prompt at responding to emails and questions. They called the night before to confirm the booking. They then called 10-15 minutes out from my property. They also backed down my driveway as I requested due to the nature of the horse we were transporting. Tim loaded him calmly and away they went. I was then texted photos of my horse on the truck. Most surprising to me, was a follow up message the night after he arrived to say they had changed his rugs in Sydney and that he traveled perfectly, and just to check everything was OK. I am utterly impressed not only by the customer service but knowledgeable and caring approach to the horses. This experience has 100% restored my faith in horse transporters, and I will not hesitate to use Hanns again in the future for all of my horses M.Yarnold, Tallong NSW Could not recommend Hanns Horse Transport highly enough. After buying a 2yo, very timid QH gelding from NSW earlier this year I had to take a gamble with a horse transporter I was unfamiliar with. Luckily it was the best decision I have ever made, with Hanns contacting me multiple times to let me know my boy was safe and sound and travelling great gave me piece of mind. I was stoked with the brilliant customer service I received and was amazed when my boy came off the truck and the transporters were able to tell me about what they found the horse to be like and what they could do easily or what they struggled to do with him. Bringing him off the truck the transporter was extremely soft and kind with him and never once rushed when he wasn't ready. I have found patience in the horse industry is very rare and felt very privileged to have them look after my horse with such a positive attitude. To me this demonstrates exceptional horsemanship skills, for this reason alone I would be recommending Hanns to everyone and would not hesitate to use them again.
